Russia is the biggest country in the world! It is about twice the size of the United States. The country of India could fit inside Russia five times. People-wise, the United States has about 332 million people and Russia has about 145 million people.
It is best to reconsider travel plans to Russia right now but if you ever do go there you might notice that people don't smile very much. You might be tempted to think that Russians are unfriendly, but that is not true at all! In the United States smiling is seen as a way of being friendly but this is not true in Russia! Don't take a frown personally in Russia, in fact, to smile at a stranger is considered being dishonest.
Russia is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. It has volcanoes, beaches, deserts and mountains.
